Conceptual models towards the reflection on the organizational effectiveness

La eficacia organizacional ha estado en el centro de la empresa, la gestión y la investigación administrativa durante más de cincuenta años. En este trabajo se definen las metodologías a seguir para realizar la evaluación de los procesos de eficacia organizacional, de manera que las empresas estén en condiciones de afrontar las exigencias del entorno y garantizar su permanencia en el medio. Este análisis comparativo permite ajustar los límites disciplinares que posibilitan superar las barreras de la ineficacia organizacional, las cuales limitan la construcción de empresas más competentes.
